Many times you feel that I have wasted much of my time whole day,instead of that I can easily complete my task or work pending.But your resistive mind and lickering attraction affects your productivity.And finally you avoid that work and enjoy that short tempered entertainment or small happiness which ultimately gives you sense of hopelessness and sadness at the end of the day. But you can easily avoid this by clearing your environment of your desk or place of your work. Make proper list of task of the day.
