I have to take care of my body to get maximum benefit out of these coldy days of nature.
Usually whatever I have written is related to around my lovely country INDIA.
I have summarised here some points, go through it and follow it for your healthy body.
- Eat DATES daily as per your daily activity. 5 pieces ,10 pieces and 15 pieces respectively for no activity,light activity and heavy activity during your whole day.
- you may check out its nutrition content online if you really want to go into detail.
- For balanced diets you should take SPROUTS ( dry fruits helps for richer nutrition but it may not suits your pockets daily,so occasionally you may consider it ).
- One seasonal fruit helps to detoxifying your body eg. Orange, મૌસમ્બી,જમરૂખ,પપૈયું etc..
- As per Ayurveda there are options like ત્રિફલા ,અશ્વગંધા ,શતાવર
- Water (not much colder nor much hotter- ગુનગુના ) as per 5 percent of your body wait minimum. (No gyanbazi in detail )
- Do not keep yourself within closed room always. Go out and enjoy fresh and chilled weather. It will make your body stronger.
- Exercise as always hot topic-dont ignore it.
- Indian ritual like Kapalbhati, anulom vilom and yoga breathing exercise.
- Keep your skin healthy- After bath use mixture of ઘી and half cup Hot water on your whole body.
