Many times you feel that I have wasted much of my time whole day,instead of that I can easily complete my task or work pending.But your resistive mind and lickering attraction affects your productivity.And finally you avoid that work and enjoy that short tempered entertainment or small happiness which ultimately gives you sense of hopelessness and sadness at the end of the day.
But you can easily avoid this by clearing your environment of your desk or place of your work.
Make proper list of task of the day.
Go one bye one ,think about them in your mind and set target for each task that this much work I will complete before end of the day.
Note down it in simple blank page or whiteboard and keep it in front of your eyes.
Just pick one task and tries to complete it. Your mind may hinders your attention or concentration but just close your eyes once and think about the task and go ahead.In between you can do short stretching or push up or sit ups to pump blood in your body.
Incase you have some other important task in between you can point out notes in pages and give yourself time for next session to complete or finish that task.
At the end when you mark out how many work you have done in your entire day just by revising it,you will surely get sense of satisfaction and peace of mind and you can sleep very easily with energy saved for next day.
