First of all very very Happy new year wishes to you my dear friend, Normally I really like this winter season more than any other season, but is that enough ?? No… I have to take care of my body to get maximum benefit out of these coldy days of nature. Usually whatever I have written is related to around my lovely country INDIA. Have you ever felt while you are trying to sleep in bed with changing positions one to other side,also you are experiencing trains of thought one by one in your mind. Due to that you even can't sleep properly in time.Due to that you even can't wake up in time. So anytime while you are experiencing such incident just use your smartphone smartly. open youtube and just search peaceful music  You will get such in youtube  Eg. PEACEFUL MUSIC Just use your eaarplug or speaker whatever suits you. And just simply sleep in SAVASAN position and just listen music. Withing time of span you will feel best sleep of your life. Many times you feel that I have wasted much of my time whole day,instead of that I can easily complete my task or work pending.But your resistive mind and lickering attraction affects your productivity.And finally you avoid that work and enjoy that short tempered entertainment or small happiness which ultimately gives you sense of hopelessness and sadness at the end of the day. But you can easily avoid this by clearing your environment of your desk or place of your work. Make proper list of task of the day. Go one bye one ,think about them in your mind and set target for each task that this much work I will complete before end of the day.  Note down it in simple blank page or whiteboard and keep it in front of your eyes. Just pick one task and tries to complete it.
